Four Decades of Success
PKF North America is
a leading association of separate and legally independent accounting and consulting firms located in the U.S.,
Canada and Mexico. We have more members in North America – 85 – than any other association
apart from the national firms.
We are proud to say that we
were pioneers! In 2009, we will celebrate our 40th anniversary as an accounting firm
association, making us one of the first and in business the longest. Associated Regional
Accounting Firms (still our legal name even though we now do business as
PKF North America ), was launched in 1969. Back then, our
members relied on us primarily for practice manuals and audit systems.
Now, our members turn to us
for different kinds of help, and as a member-led Not-For-Profit association, we’ve adapted over time.
Mirroring members’ current needs and recognizing their entrepreneurial spirit, we have a
three-part mission:
