Atlanta, January 18, 2010 – PKF North America (PKF NA), elected the following members to its 2010 Board of Directors:

• H. Phillip Moore, Jr., of Porter Keadle Moore, LLP in Atlanta, vice chairman
• Doug Frondall of Virtus Group LLP in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
• John Griesbeck of Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck PLC in Memphis, Tennesee
• Kenneth Guidry of Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C., in Houston
• Michael Rowley of Herbein + Company, Inc. in Reading, Pennsylvania
• Donald Clayton of Clayton & McKervey, P.C., in Southfield, Michigan
